Friendly staff and nice pool.

The convenience of the location near the beach made it a great choice for my family, with clean facilities and a nice pool area. The friendly staff, especially the housekeeping, added a warm touch to our stay. The restaurant could benefit from more diverse dining options, as we mostly enjoyed the best pizza nearby rather than at the hotel.

We loved being right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach! The rooftop pool was a hit with my 5 teenagers, and we all enjoyed grabbing affordable meals nearby. Plus, the Casino at Ocean Downs was only a short drive away—great for some family fun!

My kids wished for more room. it felt cramped with all of us. Better soundproofing between rooms would be nice for families too.

The Standard Double Room was clean, but the hallways felt worn down. The beds were a bit bouncy and not super comfy. There was some noise from the hallway, so that was annoying at night. The bathroom was decent but nothing special. Honestly, it wasn't what I hoped for, but I guess it was okay for a quick stay.

The elevator malfunctioned repeatedly, making it tough to navigate, particularly with a knee condition. Furthermore, the reported water pressure issues in the shower were not just isolated incidents, as staff seemed unaware of broader maintenance problems. Overall, the room felt neglected on multiple occasions, dampening the beach vibe.

We had a wonderful escape here! The beachfront access was perfect for our family, and the kids loved the nearby amusement park. We enjoyed breakfast at the onsite café – don’t miss their fresh pastries! Just a heads-up, pack snacks since nearby dining options can get busy.

The beach access was perfect, just a short walk from the hotel. I enjoyed the pool area a lot, with the lively music from the Caribbean bar adding to the atmosphere. My room, though older, was decent enough. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The location is fantastic, close to the boardwalk and everything you want to do. However, there were some cleanliness issues. I found the carpets and some areas of the hallway a bit dirty. Parking was a hassle, and I often had to park blocks away due to limited on-site spots. The elevator was slow, which added to the frustration when carrying luggage. Overall, the stay had its highlights, especially the proximity to the beach, but improvements are definitely needed.

Ocean City’s culinary scene is a delight! Don’t miss Love's Lemonade for that refreshing zing or Bull on the Beach for top-notch BBQ. The staff were super friendly and the pool was a blast!
