Clean room, friendly staff, great location, and the beach access made our stay enjoyable, especially since we were able to explore the area due to its perfect location along the boardwalk.

The Standard Double Room was clean, but the hallways felt worn down. The beds were a bit bouncy and not super comfy. There was some noise from the hallway, so that was annoying at night. The bathroom was decent but nothing special. Honestly, it wasn't what I hoped for, but I guess it was okay for a quick stay.

Unfortunately, cleanliness left much to be desired. Found dirty washcloths with hair, blood-stained bathtubs, and bottle caps littering the floor. The elevator malfunctioned repeatedly, making it tough to navigate, particularly with a knee condition. Furthermore, the reported water pressure issues in the shower were not just isolated incidents, as staff seemed unaware of broader maintenance problems. Overall, the room felt neglected on multiple occasions, dampening the beach vibe.

We loved being right on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach! The rooftop pool was a hit with my 5 teenagers, and we all enjoyed grabbing affordable meals nearby. Plus, the Casino at Ocean Downs was only a short drive away—great for some family fun!

My kids wished for more room. it felt cramped with all of us. Better soundproofing between rooms would be nice for families too.
